You are attempting to sign up for a new ITILITE account using your official company email address, but the system is preventing you from completing the registration, or you are receiving an error message.


Possible Causes

Here are the common reasons you might be unable to sign up for ITILITE:

  • Your company is not yet registered with ITILITE.
  • Your company is registered, but your specific email domain has not been added or whitelisted in ITILITE, or your sign-up request is pending approval.
  • An account already exists for your email address, or your existing account/company account is inactive.
  • You are attempting to register with a personal email address (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com).
  • There is a typo in the email address you entered, or you are facing an issue with email verification.


Solutions

Here are the common solutions for the issues listed above:

  • If your company is not yet registered with ITILITE:
    • If your company has recently partnered with ITILITE or is in the process, please contact your internal Travel Manager or ITILITE Customer Success Manager (CSM) to confirm your company's registration status.
    • If your company is new to ITILITE, you may be redirected to a "request demo" or "refer company" page. You can also reach out via https://www.itilite.com/contact-us/.
  • If your company is registered, but your specific email domain has not been added or whitelisted, or your sign-up request is pending approval:
    • ITILITE accounts are tied to approved company email domains. If your company is registered but your domain is not, your Travel Manager needs to add your profile through the User Management feature in the ITILITE admin portal. Please reach out to your Travel Manager to request this.
    • Alternatively, your Customer Success Manager can assist in getting your domain added.
    • If your sign-up request is pending verification from your company's admin, you will see a corresponding message. Please contact your company's admin or ITILITE Support for an update.
  • If an account already exists for your email address, or your existing account/company account is inactive:
    • It's possible you already have an ITILITE account. Try using the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page. If an account exists, you will receive a password reset link to your registered email.
    • If you receive an error message stating "Your account is inactive," please reach out to your company admin or support@itilite.com for assistance.
  • If you are attempting to register with a personal email address:
    • ITILITE accounts are exclusively for corporate use and require a valid work email address. Personal email domains such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.com are not supported for registration. Please use your official company email address.
  • If there is a typo in the email address you entered, or you are facing an issue with email verification:
    • Carefully re-enter your work email address, ensuring there are no spelling errors or extra spaces. Even a small typo can prevent successful registration.
    • If your verification link has expired, you will see a message prompting you to re-enter your email address to generate a new link.
    • If you haven't received the verification email, first double-check that the email address was entered correctly and look in your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived, try using the 'Resend' option. If the issue persists, please contact ITILITE Support.


NOTE: ITILITE ensures secure and controlled access for corporate users by validating email domains. This helps maintain data integrity and company-specific travel policies.
