Table of Contents

Understanding Membership Details

On the ITILITE platform, you can add up to a generous 15 membership details to your profile. This allows you to manage all your loyalty programs for airlines, hotels, and car rentals in one convenient place.

These details, including the program name and your membership number, are stored in your profile under the Membership & Access section. Once saved, they are readily available for future bookings, streamlining your travel experience.

When you reach the booking confirmation page, your stored membership details will appear in a dropdown menu. You can then easily select which specific membership to apply for each flight or hotel segment of your trip.

Managing Your Memberships

ITILITE provides full flexibility to manage your loyalty programs:

  • Add New: You can easily add new membership details, including the program name and your membership number, to your profile.
  • Edit Existing: If your membership details change, you can update them directly in your profile.
  • Delete Unused: You have the option to remove any membership details you no longer use.
  • Apply During Booking: On the booking confirmation page, you can select which membership to apply for each individual flight or hotel leg, provided the vendor supports it.

Pro-Tips & Guardrails

NOTE: While there's a practical limit of 15 entries, the system is designed to handle multiple memberships across various travel modes (flights, hotels, cars) to give you comprehensive coverage.
NOTE: For guest travelers, loyalty programs and membership details can also be stored and used for bookings. However, these are managed by the staff user who adds the guest, as guests cannot log in or modify their memberships directly.
PRO-TIP: Membership details work for Flights, Hotels, and Cars. However, the actual application of these memberships depends on whether the selected airline, hotel, or car rental vendor supports them. If a selected option does not support membership numbers, a banner will appear on the confirmation page explaining this.
PRO-TIP: If a booking fails due to invalid membership details, ITILITE's system can re-trigger the booking without the membership data. This process does not alter or delete the membership details you have stored in your profile.
NOTE: Any changes you make to membership details on the booking confirmation page (adding, editing, or deleting) are reflected back only in your own profile's Membership & Access section. For "Book-for-Others" scenarios, these changes do not apply to the booker's own membership information.
