Is Your ITILITE Page Not Loading?

If an ITILITE page, such as Expense or Travel, is blank or won't load, the issue can be caused by your browser, network, VPN, or a temporary service issue.

Step-by-Step Guide
Follow the mentioned steps in order to identify and resolve the issue quickly.

Step 1: Perform a Hard Refresh

Reload the page to make sure you're loading the latest version.

  • Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5
  • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R
  • Fixed? You're all set!
  • Still blank? Proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Test in an Incognito/Private Window

Open ITILITE in an Incognito/Private window or try a different browser, such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari.

  • Works in Incognito or another browser? The issue may be related to cached browser data or a browser extension.
  • Still blank? Proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Check Your Network and VPN

Company security settings, VPNs, or firewalls may block services required by ITILITE.

1. Disconnect from VPN

If you're using a corporate VPN, disconnect from it and reload the page, if permitted by your company policy.

2. Switch networks

Try connecting to a mobile hotspot or another network, if permitted by your company policy.

  • Works without VPN or on a different network? Your corporate network or VPN may be blocking ITILITE. Contact your IT team and share the details below.
  • Still blank across different networks and browsers? Proceed to Step 4.

Step 4: Contact Your IT Team

If ITILITE works on another network but not on your company network or VPN, ask your IT team to check whether ITILITE or any services required by ITILITE are being blocked by:

  • VPN, firewall, or proxy rules

  • Corporate DNS filtering

  • Endpoint security or antivirus software

  • Network security tools blocking third-party APIs or services required by ITILITE

Please ensure the following ITILITE domains are allowlisted:

  • *.itilite.com

  • *.itilite.net

If ITILITE relies on any third-party APIs or services that are being blocked on your corporate network, those domains or services also need to be allowlisted for ITILITE to work correctly.

Step 5: Contact ITILITE Support

If none of the steps above resolve the issue, contact ITILITE Support with the following details:

  • Page affected: e.g., Expense, Travel, Reports
  • Screenshot or video: A screenshot or short recording showing the issue
  • Browser and OS: e.g., Chrome, Windows 11 or Safari, macOS
  • Network: e.g., Office Wi-Fi, home network, or corporate VPN
  • Troubleshooting results: Whether the issue persists across different browsers or networks
  • Other users affected: If you know whether other users at your company are experiencing the same issue

This information will help our Support team investigate the issue faster.
