Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to manage your events on ITILITE:
1. Access the Events Dashboard
From your ITILITE dashboard, navigate to the main menu and click on the Events tab. This will take you to your Events dashboard, where you can see a list of all events you are invited to or organizing.
2. View Event Details
Click on an existing Event Card from the list to open its detailed page. Here, you will find an overview of the event and options to manage it.
4. Manage Participants
The Overview tab displays key information about the event, including its name, description, location, and dates. You can also see your personal invitation status (e.g., Invited, Attending, Not Attending, Not Responded) and RSVP if you haven't already. This tab also provides options to link an existing trip or create a new trip specifically for this event.
Click the Participants tab to view and manage event attendees. As an organizer, you can see the RSVP status of each participant and filter the list by various criteria, such as whether they have linked a trip or their trip booking status. You can also use the Add/Edit Invitees button to invite more people or manage existing invitations. Organizers can send targeted email reminders to participants who have not yet booked their trips or send messages to all participants.
5. Access Management Options
Navigate to the Manage tab for administrative options. Here, organizers can add or remove other ITILITE users as event organizers. This section also provides access to Event Reports, allowing organizers to download detailed reports such as the Event transactions report, RSVP report, and Trip status report. Organizers also have the option to delete the event from this tab.
