When you search for a location, whether it's a city, street address, or airport, ITILITE uses reliable location data to identify nearby car rental depots. This ensures you see relevant and bookable options from our supported vendor networks.

You can only book cars from locations that are part of these underlying vendor networks and have available cars for your selected dates and times.


Why a Specific Location might not appear

If you don't see your expected pickup location or rental agency in the search results, several factors could be at play:

  • Not within the search radius: The specific branch might be outside the geographical area ITILITE searches around your input, typically within a 10 mile search radius. Our system focuses on showing the nearest viable depots.
  • Agency closed or no cars available: The rental agency might be closed during your requested pickup or drop-off times, or they may not have any cars available for those specific dates and times.
  • Company restrictions: Your company's specific travel policies or configurations might restrict certain rental agencies or car types from appearing in your search results.
  • Missing data: Even if a branch exists, sometimes our car rental partners may not provide complete or up-to-date data for that specific location, preventing it from being displayed as a bookable option. If you notice such a discrepancy, please contact our support team via chat to request for the desired options.


What to do if Your Location isn't shown

If your desired location or rental agency isn't appearing, here's what you can do:
