Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to explore your organization's expense insights:

  • Step 1: Go to the Expense platform.
  • Step 2: Navigate to the Organization Section. From the main dashboard, locate the Sidebar Navigation Menu on the left side of your screen. Click on Organization to expand the section dedicated to company-wide settings and reports.
  • Step 3: Access the Insights Dashboard. Within the Organization section, click on the Insights tab. This will take you directly to the dashboard where you can explore your company's expense trends and analytics.


  • Step 4: Explore Your Company's Spending Trends. The Organization Insights dashboard provides a dynamic visual overview of your company's expense behavior. Here, you'll find key charts and graphs, including Spending Trends (Monthly), which tracks total reimbursed and approved spend over time, and Category-wise Expenses, highlighting where most of your budget is allocated across different expense categories like Travel, Meals, and Lodging. You can also view Departmental Spending over the last 12 months, helping you identify which teams are driving the most spend and how these patterns evolve month-to-month. To refine your view, use the Filter by Department/Category Dropdown or the Time Period Filter (e.g., month/year selector) available on the dashboard.
